Terms and Conditions

§1 General Provisions

1. The online store filib_art, available at www.filib-art.com, is operated by Filip Ryba, VAT ID (NIP) 6793338937.

2. These Terms and Conditions set out the rules for using the store, placing orders, making payments, delivery, returns, and complaints.

3. The Seller can be contacted by email at: filib_art@protonmail.com.

§2 Products

1. The store offers original artworks (e.g. prints, greeting cards, commissioned graphics) and other products as described.

2. All products are original and artistic in nature.

3. Images and visualizations of products on the website are for illustrative purposes only.

§3 Orders and Payments

1. Orders are placed through the online form available on the store’s website.

2. Payments must be made in advance – via electronic payment systems or bank transfer.

3. If no payment is received within 7 business days, the order will be canceled.

§3a Order Processing and Shipping Time

1. Orders for physical products are processed within up to 10 business days after payment has been received.

2. For custom-made products (e.g. commissioned artworks), processing time is agreed individually and may take up to 30 business days.

3. Delivery time depends on the chosen carrier and must be added to the processing time.

4. The Customer will be notified by email once the order is shipped and will receive a tracking number if available.

§3b Domestic and International Shipping

1. Poland – delivery usually takes 1–3 business days.

2. European Union – delivery usually takes 3–7 business days. Shipping costs are covered by the Customer.

3. United Kingdom – delivery usually takes 5–10 business days. The Customer is responsible for any additional customs duties or taxes.

4. Rest of the world – delivery usually takes 7–21 business days. The Customer covers shipping costs as well as any customs duties or local taxes.

5. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, customs inspections, or other factors beyond their control.

6. In certain cases, the delivery cost is covered by the Seller – such situations apply to promotions and discounts, which have their own predefined rules.

§4 Product Appearance

1. Products displayed on the website (prints, graphics, cards) may differ in real life from their digital visualizations and photos.

2. Color variations resulting from monitor settings, printing techniques, or paper type are not considered defects but natural characteristics of the product.

§5 Returns and Complaints

1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, unless the product was custom-made.

2. Complaints regarding damages incurred during shipping must be reported immediately upon receipt of the parcel.

3. Refunds will be made within 14 days after a positive complaint decision.

§6 Copyright

1. All works offered in the store are protected by copyright.

2. Copying, distributing, or using the graphics beyond personal use is strictly prohibited.

§7 Personal Data

1. Customers’ personal data is processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling orders.

2. The data controller is Filip Ryba.

3. Customers have the right to access and correct their personal data.

§8 Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are available on the store’s website and can be downloaded at any time.

2. The Seller reserves the right to amend the Terms for valid reasons.
